Flint is a “good faith” reset, for shared sense-making… by helping to make the invisible, visible.

The methodology has evolved since the 90’s from flip-charts in boardrooms of small family run businesses and non-profits; to Google Sheets used by participants from 5 different countries on video conferencing; to now a leading edge Application that supports the pooling of Guiding Questions / Conditions / Enablers by which to compare, weigh and choose between any number of options for action at hand.   

The Application undertakes making the transition from sense-making to action-taking more easeful and rapid by visually quantifying the intuitive responses of participants and providing a means by which those results may be explicitly observed, entertained, and discussed to arrive at consensus across interests for a truly collective critical path for direction and planning.

Flint’s warm data approach has the potential to be used for:
