We are conditioned into believing that our opinions, judgements, ideas and tasks are more important than simply being WITH others by listening, mirroring, appreciating and affirming. For the most part, we have completely forgotten how to relate with and to each other from the foundation of our humanity and our connection to the planet first.

As “the field” continued to reveal to us that what was guiding us WAS in fact, a Pattern Integrity (not a formula, nor a model, NOR even a framework); in 2023 the word Framework was officially dropped from our name, and WINfinity became the single-word placeholder for our work.

Working Coherently
Working coherently (note: NOT cohesively) ACROSS interests requires an unlearning and learning afresh - experientially - what it means to engage with each other in the fundamental conversations required UPSTREAM, AHEAD of Ideation, NUTRAL of agendas.
Therefore WINfinity focuses, by way of its Pattern Integrity, on Pathways of facilitated convening, and ONGOING regenerative inquiry; environments that allow and encourage solutions that surface, to be truly collective, emergent, and ultimately adaptive, instead of situational or personality driven.
This may seem too abstract for a lot of people, but we reassure you that this is the most clear and practical thing we can be doing at this time. The PATHWAY of BEING IN ONGOING INQUIRY - doing what we say we do, “beginning as we wish to continue” and doing so from beginning to end - IS the POINT.
