Working coherently ACROSS interests requires an unlearning and learning afresh – experientially – what it means to engage with each other in the fundamental conversations required UPSTREAM, AHEAD of ideation and NEUTRAL of agendas.  This is how we get to solutions that are truly collective, emergent, and ultimately adaptive, instead of situational or personality driven.

 

The benefits from these experiences are immeasurable: allowing people to be themselves, to be fully seen, and to come together in new ways that are more naturally human than many of us have been taught.  The experience of an Inquiry Cluster also allows each person to weave what they’ve gained into their personal and professional lives.

 

A variation on and blend of Appreciative Inquiry and Dialogic Practices, Inquiry Clusters are small group, open source, countermeasures. Principles-based, they can be facilitated by a seasoned facilitator from virtually any discipline world-wide, who has previous field knowledge and experience to draw upon.  Once having familiarized themselves with WINfinity’s Pattern Integrity, facilitators are able to guide Inquiry Clusters as learning environments for next level decision makers to discover what can happen when relationships come first and practice it.  

In Inquiry Clusters, the Facilitator takes special care to:

Postpone ideation, to put how we are interacting with each other ahead of ideas

Encourage people to explore and unpack our conditioning and assumptions

Experience and practice deep listening

Discover common ground across interests and
collaborate around shared values

Bring learnings back into their personal and professional lives

Harvesting the Evolution of Collective Intelligence

Every artifact - diagrams, tools, charts, values - which guide the WINfinity community
have emerged collectively by way of Inquiry Clusters (not by one person) and
are continually refined by the feedback that arises in subsequent Inquiry Clusters

Each Inquiry Cluster is organized around groups of 4-6-8 people
from many walks of life AND across global timezones. 
Each member volunteers their time,
virtually meeting for 24 hours together, spread over 8 weeks.

Therefore WINfinity focuses, by way of its Pattern Integrity, on Pathways of facilitated convening, and ONGOING regenerative inquiry.  This may seem too abstract for a lot of people, but we reassure you that this is the most clear and practical thing we can be doing at this time.  

The PATHWAY of BEING IN ONGOING INQUIRY - doing what we say we do,  “beginning as we wish to continue” and doing so from beginning to end - IS the POINT.
