Since Spring of 2021, WINfinity has been experimenting in a more focused manner, on what it takes to listen to “the field.” The pattern integrity draws on 25+ years of witnessing and unpacking the conditions and habits that continue to set humanity on less effective trajectories that hold us back; and the inquiry and sense-making into the edges of what - as yet - wants to arise.
WINfinity is all about regenerative inquiry, ahead of ideation.

What we hear is often a reflection of how we feel. Instead, we can listen for what’s underneath what is being said and where the strengths are. By drawing attention to that, we can better attune to the needs of others. At it’s best, we begin to hear in-between the words for what is trying to emerge.

It’s a rhythm that is cyclical in nature, undergirded by a commitment to continuously explore, discover and responsively steward for the common good. Not just in a way that is about sustaining or improving how humanity has been operating, but instead, to champion a way of life that supports benefit to all life forms, including the planet.
